Ammiro sempre con piacere gli splendidi scatti di tanti specialisti di avifauna. Io non sono così capace né adeguatamente attrezzato. Da circa un anno ho aperto con successo il “ristorante Paolo” per tutti i pennuti di zona ma i pasti sono serviti in luogo riparato e protetto da feline incursioni e mi rende impossibile qualche accettabile scatto. Alla fine è stato più semplice ammaestrare la gazza “Gascoigne”. Ora ne subisco le conseguenze con improvvisi atterraggi sulle mie spalle e successivo saltello al posatoio (la mia testa). Lascio traccia di ciò sperando in un sorriso e confidando in un indulgente giudizio.
