I wonder how many stories that majestic tree, wonder of Nature, could tell... spirits aside!
Thanks Joseph for presenting it to us who... we hope to see it... let's not put limits on providence!
A cherished greeting from George!

I knew his story and I was very pleased to read and see your beautiful picture ...... I do not ride much but where I go I inform myself if there are monumental trees because I always respect and worship for these witnesses of the past time....... if I ever come to Sardinia it will be my destination!

Hello Giuseppe, I had missed this beautiful shot of yours that is told by amalgamating reality and legend until it becomes one, I allowed myself to extrapolate the shot and highlight some of the evil spirits that evidently reside in every part of this thousand-year-old structure, are so evident that I can dispel the legend, I hope it is to your liking.
A dear greeting, Rod ;-)

The great leader and the spirits, those who have lived around the great tree over time, great beautiful vision Josephuse.
Hello, Rod ;-)
The head of these evil spirits reminds me of the terrible Tasmanian devil.

Hi Emme, thanks to you I can see a gigantic olive tree and also millennium, then there is the beauty of this site that puts it in vision. You posted a beautiful and exciting image supported by a caption that puts pure wonder for years, or rather millennia that can span an olive tree. Thank you Giuseppe for the instructive life you transmit with your images and captions
Always very good, hello, good evening :-) :-)

Very nice Emmegiu, talk to a person who is in love with these trees, when I see them so majestic I instinctively embrace them to thank them, I feel a feeling of great respect like a son with his father, even if it seems that they are immobile if you stop for a moment you can listen to them, gold together with animals are the true masters of this wonderful world, On the contrary, we do everything to make them extinct and terrorize them.
A hug to you and your wonderful Sardinia alessio

Alessio we had many of these ultra millennial patriarchs who have crossed time and would have been immortal if they had not met man on their way, after 1800 in Sardinia all the large trees were cut making a huge havoc to make the wooden sleepers of the railways of Italy, If I think about it I feel bad, you understand me :-(

I was stunned by the beauty of the photos in this gallery. This comment, which is also very beautiful, magnificently renders the beauty and millenary strength of this emblem. This force of nature that seems to embrace the viewer and welcome him into his life. The black and white shots and those of the barefoot runners are exciting. These photos of yours are really beautiful, congratulations for the technique and mastery with which you present them.
