@Star Trek, le due galassie sono vicine e interagiscono, diciamo che è proprio la caratteristica principale di questo quadretto. Interagiscono nel senso che vi è scambio di massa fra le due, tendenzialmente la grande si prende dalla piccola attraverso quel braccio che le unisce.
@Ossiani, devo dire che è un'inquadratura che ho voluto: ho disposto i nuclei delle galassie e i bracci più lunghi lungo le diagonali del sensore in modo da sfruttare al meglio lo spazio disponibile. Avevo valutato la rotazione di 180°, ma nella mia mente una acquisiva sembianze di una testa e non mi piaceva.
@Franceso Sestili, si le 29 ore sono le esposizioni totali, e ovviamente non si tratta di esposizioni singole di ore ma solamente di qualche minuto. Il processo di scatto viene reiterato n volte, e integrato tramite software dedicati, questo per aumentare il rapporto segnale/rumore ed evidenziare meglio questi soggetti che rimangono debolissimi. Il rumore viene inoltre controllato, per quanto possibile, attraverso il raffreddamento elettrico del sensore di ripresa. Sensore che non ha alcuna difficoltà a reggere questi scatti, inoltre non sono presenti parti meccaniche in movimento come quello che può essere l'otturatore della DSLR. |
