Un ritratto controluce fatto a Roma a una giovane ragazza. Poi un elemento che ha un ruolo importante in questa immagine e che l'occhio nota.Un cestino.Non potevo toglierlo e allora.... Ho deciso di postare il tutto per porre una riflessione generale sullo stato delle cose a chi come me viene in città' e visita Roma. E' sempre splendida, certo oltre 2.00 anni di storia, di impero, di civiltà, di arte..... come non dire magnifica. Io Roma la conosco abbastanza, certo non come un Romano, ma vi ho trascorso alcuni mesi da bambino e poi sono tornato varie volte a distanza di periodi più' o meno lunghi. Non posso non ricordarla e portarla nel cuore ,nonostante un problema che sembra non risolversi mai. Il pattume.... In questo cestino lo vediamo ben riposto ma siamo in piazza Navona e la pulizia li' e' presente. Se ci spostiamo a breve distanza in posti meno conosciuti o addirittura in periferia la situazione peggiora progressivamente e a volte e' un vero scempio ma perche' !!! La questione e' intricata e' vero , tanti anni di mala gestione e ruberie ma di fondo anche un problema che e' alla base, la mancanza di discariche e di un inceneritore che e' ormai necessario in tutte le grandi città'. Spero che a breve anche la bellissima capitale se ne doti per risolvere una situazione che esiste ma che poi diventa, viceversa, un problema degli altri e rimanda sempre una questione da risolvere. N.B. Spero di non aver turbato troppo gli animi dei contrari , ma senza questi mezzi il degrado persisterà sempre e non cesserà.
