Piazza De Ferraris, a Genova è la principale piazza della città. Situata nel pieno centro della città, ne rappresenta il fulcro commerciale, finanziario ed economico, oltre ad essere principale punto di riferimento in occasione degli eventi più importanti della vita cittadina. Raffaele De Ferrari (Genova 1803 – 1876) il duca di Galliera, era uomo politico, imprenditore, filantropo e banchiere. La piazza a lui intitolata ha una forma irregolare su di essa insistono palazzi importanti: Il Palazzo della Nuova Borsa, Il Palazzo della Regione Liguria; il Teatro Carlo Felice, il Palazzo Ducale; il Palazzo del Credito Italiano; il Palazzo dell'Accademia Linguistica.
