Roscioli è una famiglia che da quattro generazioni lavora nel mondo dell'accoglienza e dell'enogastronomia. Tutto è iniziato con il forno in Via dei Chiavari, poi le situazione si sono sviluppate con la pizzicheria in Via dei Giubbonari, che oggi conosciamo come il Ristorante Salumeria Roscioli. L'Antico Forno Roscioli è una delle insegne storiche di Roma, sono stati ritrovati certificati che ne attestano la presenza nel Rione della Regola sin dalla prima metà dell'Ottocento. Un editto papale predispose che ci fosse proprio in Via dei Chiavari un forno che vendesse il pane a prezzi accessibili alle persone con ristretta possibilità economica, e la censita vaticana datata 17 agosto 1824 conferma il tutto.
