Alle prime luci del giorno questo magnifico maschio domina le sconfinate pianure dei Gol Kopjes del Serengeti, con lo sguardo fiero e la criniera che ondula al vento. Purtroppo proprio a causa del vento i leoni non saliranno sulle rocce facendo così venir meno uno dei principali obiettivi fotografici del viaggio. Ma questa immagine rimane per me un ricordo indimenticabile. Tanzania Gennaio 2018, con Federico Veronesi.
