Una foto che mi piace molto e che trovo molto carica di significato, grazie anche alla presenza di quella persona che appare fra gli alberi e che sembra allontanarsi dalla casa. E' uno spaccato di una vita agricola che non c'è più. Una volta la casa era viva e pronta a dar rifugio a coloro che dopo una dura giornata di lavoro in campagna rientravano fra quelle mura per il meritato riposo. Poi ad uno ad uno tutti si sono allontanati, e la presenza dell'uomo che si allontana rafforza l'idea, in cerca di fortuna e la casa è stata così abbandonata. Lei ha resistito al tempo ed ora che le terre ricominciano ad essere riconsiderate, fiduciosa attende che quella sagoma in lontananza torni sui suoi passi. Nell'attesa continua a sfidare le intemperie ma la speranza di poter tornare ad essere un rifugio per qualcuno che possa rivalutarla non cessa.
E' quasi una foto documento dell'abbandono di un patrimonio che è sempre stato sottovalutato ma che ora si sta riprendendo i giusti spazi, seppur con tutte le fatiche del caso, e quella casa con quella sua instancabile presenza ne è un esempio.
