Still working on the frozen bubbles.... It is seldom cold enough here to freeze bubbles so, when I saw that the temperature was due to drop to sub-zero temperatures overnight, I stayed up to make another attempt. This image was taken in the early hours of this morning with torch light (and star light!) the only sources of light. I'm sure that if my neighbours had seen me, they would have considered me a little crazy. Most bubbles popped instantly when they touched a surface but this one remained long enough to try a few shots. I experimented a little with settings but if you would like to suggest alternative settings for similar conditions, I would be more than happy to try them - if I get another chance.....
