In un incredibile scenario naturale, racchiusa tra bianche falesie calcaree, alla fine di un magnifico fiordo lungo la costa occidentale della Sardegna, comune di Buggerru, si trova Cala Domestica, una delle più belle cale dell'intero Mediterraneo. Qui il mare assume dei colori blu, verde smeraldo e consiglio di andarci in bassa stagione per gustare al meglio questo paradiso. -----------------------------La torre di Cala Domestica - Situata in un'area all'epoca non popolata, fu voluta alla fine del settecento per sorvegliare la spiaggia omonima, poiché punto di imbarco dei prodotti delle miniere derll'Iglesiente. Fu attiva per appena mezzo secolo, per poi essere nuovamente presidiata nell'ultimo conflitto mondiale. La struttura è cilindrica, larga una dozzina di metri e alta altrettanto, con le finestre aperte a raggiera.
