Chiaramonte Gulfi, paese a misura d'uomo, per chi come me ama il silenzio, la pace, l'aria buona; si trova a 15 km da Ragusa, su una collina a nord rispetto al capoluogo e ad una quota di 668 m s.l.m. mentre l'altitudine massima del territorio comunale si raggiunge sul monte Arcibessi a 906 m s.l.m. La città è anche definita il “Balcone di Sicilia” per la posizione panoramica, con vista che va da Gela (Ovest) all'Etna (Nord-est), la valle dell'Ippari e i suoi paesi (Comiso, Vittoria, Acate) e le dorsali degli Erei fino a Caltagirone, oltre al mare e ai monti Iblei…………………………………………………………………..
