For Simone, I had to cut the right hand side tree slightly as beyond, it was scruffy and messy and thus distracting - as I wanted to the keep the image efficient (I also kept it tight on left side as there was a wooden telegraph pole) I wanted the eye to travel smoothly down the water and past to the really INTERESTING tree without hindrance. This was done with framing at the time, though I also took a few wider shots too. |
