Stazione Centrale di Milano, c'è già grande movimento, praticamente non si cammina. Un capotreno, mi dice:"Siamo alle partenze ed arrivi per le prossime festività natalizie.La maggior parte Arriva dalla Svizzera, dalla Germania, e moltissimi da Malpensa per prendere il treno che li riporterà a casa" Su quei visi, ho letto stanchezza, ma anche gioia, tornare in famiglia, dopo mesi e mesi di lontananza è sempre bello. Ricordo quando durante gli anni di Università, tornavo anch'io a casa per le vacanze natalizie ed estive, o quando andavo in stazione a prendere i miei genitori che venivano a stare un po' con me. Ho visto dei bambini felici fra la folla, e avrei voluto dirgli: "Rubate ogni momento felice, aspettate Babbo Natale, tenetevi nel cuore le coccole di nonni e genitori...perché purtroppo, come per tutti, arriveranno feste natalizie, dove a tavola si vedranno i posti vuoti di quelli che mancano, e la nostalgia spegnerà un po' questa magia".
