L'interno della Chiesa, a croce latina, risulta diviso in tre navate, la centrale a volta di botte e le due laterali a crociera. La navata centrale è divisa dalle secondarie da cinque pilastri rinforzati con lesene prolungate nelle nervature della volta, dove è affrescata la vita di San Lorenzo, opera del pittore Toselli di Cuneo. Alla base della volta sono dipinti i medaglioni degli Apostoli. Addossato alla quinta colonna di sinistra è collocato il pulpito in pietra di forma ottagonale La chiesa fu certamente terminata nel 1583, come è scolpito sulla lapide in pietra nella cupola.
