Una delle ultime giornate di gran caldo a Milano, esco dal mitico Luini, dove ho mangiato un super panzerotto, sto pensando di trovare un po' di refrigerio entrando alla Rinascente, quando scorgo a pochi passi davanti a me, il pagliaccio che vendeva palloncini che avevo già visto di prima mattina all'angolo della Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Non so quanti palloncini abbia venduto, mi auguro che gli sia andata meno peggio di quanto sospetti vedendo il suo andare quasi sconsolato. Mi viene in mente, quello che mi ha detto un po' di tempo fa: “Cara Annamaria, i bambini non giocano più con i palloncini…il mondo cambia e ai bambini di oggi, piacciono i i giocattoli degli adulti”. Mah! Che sia davvero così? Forse sì…ma che tristezza!!! Ma no, forse la verità sta nel mezzo, e questo pessimismo è solo frutto di un caldo afoso che non lascia respiro e di una Milano ancora deserta...ma i bambini torneranno e vorranno ancora i palloncini colorati del mio amico.
