per il cielo nero che dire,non è uno stile particolare,ogni foto,per me, è storia a se.
anche solo per averla virata in bianco e nero non la considero neanche una fotografia naturalistica o di paesaggio classico.
non so cosa avresti preferito vedere al posto di quel nero ,ma con il cielo terso,una qualsiasi tonalità di grigio uniforme ,secondo me avrebbe sporcato il rigore di questa immagine,andando ,tra l'altro a ridurre lo stacco della sabbia sulla punta ,per me di fondamentale importanza in questa scena.
poi come dici tu i gusti sono gusti e non si discutono.
