Ponte Sant'Angelo (nome ufficiale: ponte S. Angelo), noto anche come pons Aelius (ponte Elio), pons Hadriani (ponte di Adriano) o ponte di Castello[1], è un ponte che collega piazza di Ponte S. Angelo al lungotevere Vaticano, a Roma, nei rioni Ponte e Borgo. Fu costruito a Roma nel 134 dall'imperatore Adriano per collegare alla riva sinistra il suo mausoleo. Si tramanda il nome dell'architetto Demetriano.
