A metà Luglio anche la Liguria come molte altre Regioni ha dovuto affrontare l'emergenza incendi, uno dei più vasti tra le province di Genova e Savona, ha interessato il Monte Reixa nel Parco del Beigua (Appennino Ligure), il clima secco, il caldo torrido, la vegetazione inaridita ed il forte vento, hanno complicato le operazioni di spegnimento, l'incendio per molti giorni ha impegnato anche un Canadair, la Protezione Civile e molti volontari, il pensiero va a tutti coloro che in tutta Italia si prodigano ogni giorno per limitare i danni … grazie di cuore. Alle spalle del Canadair, la Lanterna, faro e simbolo di Genova.
