Appuntamento con amici ed ex colleghi a Roma, in via dell'Arco della Pace, passeggio per ingannare l'attesa, e involontariamente assisto a questa lunga e sofferta trattativa. Le due signore vogliono acquistare un ricordo di Roma, ma non sanno decidersi. Fanno mille domande all'artista-venditore, gli fanno tirar fuori tavole ad acquarello e a inchiostro di china, optano per quest'ultimo, ma il dilemma è il soggetto: l'interno della vicina Chiesa della Pace o la maestosità del Colosseo? Parlano fra loro, poi tornano alla carica con il malcapitato artista, che di pazienza, a onor del vero, ne ha moltissima. Alla fine, scelgono una bellissima china della Chiesa: tutte e due vogliono l'interno, ma al momento ce n'è solo una disponibile, l'altra rappresenta l'esterno. Come si fa? Il problema sembra irrisolvibile, alla fine, scartabellando fra le varie cartelle chiuse, miracolo, salta fuori un'altra copia dell'interno. E con un gran sospiro di sollievo, finalmente si procede all'acquisto. Una sudata e lunga trattativa per soli trenta euro. Critiche, commenti e consigli sempre super graditi. Grazie!
