La struttura si trova sotto il ministero dell'Interno su una superficie di oltre mille metri quadrati, ed ospita 24 stanze ed una sala riunioni. Il rifugio, la cui entrata e' rappresentata da un bunker, e' un museo dedicato alla storia delle forze dell'ordine albanesi, dal 1913. Un grande spazio occupa l'esposizione di documenti e materiali relativi ad uno dei periodi più bui della storia del paese, quella della polizia segreta del comunismo( ma io aggiungerei anche il periodo buio dell'occupazione nazi/fascista). Il rifugio era nato per proteggere il ministro dell'Interno ed il suo staff dirigenziale in caso di attacchi chimici o atomici. Si tratta di una delle ultime grandi opera del genere costruite dal comunismo, oltre ai 170 mila bunker sparsi in tutto il paese a partire dagli anni '70. #Jura #JuraSpecial4
