Denominata Sala delle Guardie del Corpo, in riferimento all'ordine militare che sorvegliava l'ambiente, è la prima di tre anticamere destinate all'attesa degli ospiti ammessi agli appartamenti principeschi. Per il matrimonio celebrato nel 1842 fra Vittorio Emanuele e Maria Adelaide, il soffitto fu decorato su disegno del pittore Pelagio Palagi con il simbolo araldico dell'aquila sabauda dalle ali aperte e scudo crociato. Alcune tracce della decorazione settecentesca restano in prossimità delle finestre. in particolare i puttini sul soffitto, dipinti nella prima metà del XVIII secolo e recentemente restaurati. Gli splendidi arazzi alle pareti appartengono alla serie delle Storie di Diana, realizzata nel 1619 dal maestro arazziere De Maecht, del quale è leggibile il monogramma, e da Dubruil Toussent. Usato il fisheye ma corretto la distorsione in Camera Raw.
