This wolf does not belong to the herd photographed and posted a few days ago, but he was a lone individual (or at least I think) that I met by chance in a forest close to a town in the Abruzzo National Park The fluke is because who I wandered with the camera in hand in search of deer (which in fact there were not !!!) to be photographed under the snow and in fact I was not the only one looking for them :-D!

Questo lupo non appartiene al branco fotografato e postato nei giorni scorsi, ma era un individuo solitario (o almeno credo) che ho incontrato per caso in un bosco vicinissimo ad un centro abitato del Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo. Il colpo di fortuna è dovuto al fatto che vagavo con la reflex in mano in cerca di cervi (che in effetti non c'erano!!!) da fotografare sotto la nevicata e in realtà non ero il solo a cercarli  !
Che emozione... davvero indimenticabile!
