It's a Manfrotto Befree carbon fibre - and I'm very pleased to be able to report that it came with the same quick release mechanism as my other Manfrotto, so I won't have to make any changes to switch between the two!

I'm pleased you went with the B3. Although yours is better and lighter than my 'ordinary' version, which I carried about all day, up that mountain (well, tall hill!) and used for the night shot just posted. Bridges in Newport were actually my initial aim for the day.
