Notevole importanza è la parrocchia di Santa Maria Maddalena, costruita nel 1741-46 sui progetti di Bernardo Vittone. La pianta della chiesa di Foglizzo è originalissima: consiste in un ottagono dai cui lati coperti da archi si innalzano 8 lunettoni che vanno a comporre la maestosa volta centrale, mentre, dai lati fiancheggianti il presbiterio si aprono due grandi cappelle romboidali. Nella parrocchiale è custodita un'Ultima Cena di scuola veneta del Seicento. Fu consacrata dal vescovo Ottavio Pochettini nel corso della sua visita pastorale il 21 maggio 1775. Necessita ricordare il campanile che è il più alto della diocesi di Ivrea ed il secondo del Canavese, raggiunge infatti l'altezza di 55,5 metri mentre la croce è alta 2 metri e 20 centimetri, la costruzione venne iniziata nel 1723 su disegni di un certo Garone e fu terminata dall'ingegnere Ghibert.
