Questo ristorante di piazza Navona, ha i miei anni: ha aperto i battenti nel 1950. Ricordo che la prima trasferta di lavoro a Roma, i miei colleghi, mi fecero conoscere la "Piccola Cuccagna", e da allora ci vado ormai da quarant'anni. Mi fa sempre un certo effetto, perchè i tavoli della sala, li ho girati tutti, e in ognuno di loro, c'è un ricordo: una frase, una serata, il volto di una persona e, purtroppo anche di qualcuno che non c'è più. Era un punto strategico, dove i miei amici fotografi di redazione, trovavano sempre l'occasione di portare a casa qualche scatto, soprattutto perché spesso ci passava a piedi Bettino Craxi con la Patrizia Caselli, (la ex di Walter Chiari, che poi lo seguì ad Hamammet, fino alla morte). I tempi sono cambiati, le paparazzate tanto di moda in quegli anni, ormai sono quasi tutte organizzate. Ma alla Piccola Cuccagna, adesso come allora, si mangia sempre bene e per i vecchi clienti come la sottoscritta, c'è sempre modo di far bella figura, quando ci vado con chi non c'è mai stato. Critiche e commenti sempre super graditi. Grazie.
