, 1/125 f/5.6, ISO 200, hand held.

Very close in fact ... but I totally disagree with the fact that it was fair to fold them for fear that they lose the instinct of hunting ... it is also ridiculous that the cat that has been home for centuries retains the instinct of hunting. ..

Hello ... thanks for congratulations ... I was close to !!! I remember sacrificing a lot of ham in my sandwich to convince her to approach:
At the fox's talk I would not know ... a dear friend of Cogne, a guardian of the National Park, convinced me enough of the need to preserve the purity of instinct; Today I feel much less trancant since the foxes are on average adapting to the man and also seen the example of other species (see the gulls in landfills, for example ...)
Thank you friends of your friendship !!!

I think instinct will not just lose it by getting used to the man's proximity ... the problem is not preserving instinct ... and the way I do not share ;-)
Cmq was worth sacrifice a good deal of ham :-D :-D :-D
I am vegetarian :-) but I would also like to approach a fox like this :-)
Good evening

Hello Mauro....
Thanks a lot of the visit!
Just these days I'm on vacation in Cogne where every year I try to spend 15 days... just the other night the owner of a hotel, passionate about animals, told me that now a bit ' of foxes, given the now agreed impossibility of entering the (few...) Chicken coals remained in the village, they were reduced to wander in the night looking among the rubbish.... better perhaps then it was to leave the old foxes (including that of the photo!!!) free to ask Quakche leftover sandwich to the walkers of the Valnontey...!!!
Anyway, heartily, good summer!!!

To prevent them from losing their hunting instinct they shot them down: I don't believe it, it's nonsense and a cruel act. To ensure that they do not lose their hunting instincts, they must not be fed, and it is also written on the signs.
That said, the photo is a spectacle, also because it was taken without telephoto but with a fixed focal length of 52.5 mm equivalent and therefore just a step away.
