Preferisco fotografare i fiori nel loro habitat naturale, ma ieri ho scoperto che nel balconcino di casa c'era un vasetto con una piantina grassa, e un piccolo fiore...la Primavera era arrivata anche lì...

Congratulations Giorgio excellent exuberant colors and great detail, I really like.
Yet I shooting with macro I always the problem of finding the right diaphragm, if you close for the whole flower, with its three-dimensionality, to focus the background becomes too readable. If you open the background is nice clean but the subject is likely to have parts in focus. Or take multiple shots at different maf and then merge them, or do not even know.
But if it were easy we have fun? :-D
Hello George congratulations again.

See Robert, in my opinion, especially in the macro, the maf plays an important role in the sharpness and blur. I personally do two, three shots with different aperture, but not to melt it, this never ... I choose the one that convinces me more. On the photo we've just read a friend, while positively giuducando the photo, she advised to turn a bit 'more .... could be right, but I shoot to more pdc I had done and how do you see the choice fell on this. It's not easy, but when you press the button, you already know what you want!
I thank you for the welcome comment and for the nice chat!
Hello and happy Sunday!

I'm certainly no expert on flowers but this looks like a very nice flower close up, Giorgio!

Beautiful colors for a truly successful macro, the title refers to an old song of Celentano is perfectly suited and sympathetically to the shooting content.

Thanks Agata of pleasing comment on the photos. The title came to me though paradoxical spontaneous, that little flower near a baobab ....
