Difficult to tell Ann, but essentially it's a lack of pixellation in that area, that separates the colours (rather like on low bandwith TV online). Perhaps you tried to darken it too much - or used a jpeg instead of the RAW as the original. |

Thanks, Tim. I had just been looking it up online. It will be because I have to use jpegs whilst I'm in Spain - I don't have the facility to process RAW images here. I have a couple more images that I particularly like but I was waiting till I get home to process them, as I wasn't feeling I'd got the best from them here. |
