The Tockus leucomelas (Southern yellow-billed hornbill) lives in southern Africa pushing north to the maximum up to the southern part of Tanzania, but it is completely absent in Kenya. The photo shows a Tockus flavirostris (Eastern yellow-billed hornbill) which is very similar. The only difference is that the skin around the eye is black in Tockus flavirostris and instead reddish in Tockus leucomelas.
