analizzando la foto, mi sembra che sia sdraiata su un lettino pieghevole, sulla destra ci sono un paio di forbici credo delle garze, tutto fa supporre ad un calco di gesso in negativo per poi ricreare un mezzobusto o qualcosa del genere
