sai che questa foto, a colori, l'ho tenuta in "Stand by" per parecchio tempo finchè sono giunto alla conclusione che, pubblicarla a colori, sarebbe stata quasi un'offesa nei confronti del... Maestro!
Ti ringrazio tantissimo per il bellissimo e simpaticissimo commento e per l'importante apprezzamento " ...artista... " che, oltre a mettermi in imbarazzo, spero sempre di non... demeritare!

Anch'io sono rimasto sorpreso dello scatto non tanto perchè rubato ma perchèin BN  . Ritengo comunque azzeccata la scelta in quanto coerente con l'autore e d'effeto.

I too was surprised not so much because of the shot stolen but perchèin BN:-D. I still think the apt choice as consistent with the author and of effeto.

il b/n, per me, è un pò un ritorno alle... origini!
Quando ho cominciato ad interessarmi "seriamente" di fotografia scattavo escusivamente in b/n (e allora bisognava scegliere "prima" dello scatto) ed eseguivo in conto proprio tutto il "procedimento", dalla ripresa alla stampa finale su... carta!
In questo caso, come giustamente hai espresso tu stesso, ho ritenuto di fare questa scelta per "coerenza" con... l'autore!

the b / n, for me, is something of a return to the origins ...! ;-)
When I became interested in "serious" photography was taking escusivamente b / w (and then you had to choose "before" Taken:-D) and I performed for own account all the "process", from shooting to final print on ... Paper! 8-)
In this case, as you have rightly expressed yourself, I decided to make this choice for "consistency" with ... the author! ;-)

Ho visto di recente, purtroppo solo sul computer, una serie di foto di Newton, e mi hanno colpito molto. Quindi ho rivisto con piacere alcuni di questi capolavori nella tua interpretazione. Sempre bravissimo Paolo!

Oltre alle bellissime foto di Newton ci sono quelle, sicuramente non meno belle, della moglie Alice Springs (attrice australiana il cui "vero" nome era June Browne) che è anche la persona che, dopo la morte del marito, ha curato l'allestimento del museo!

Besides the beautiful photos of Newton there are certainly no less beautiful, his wife Alice Springs (Australian actress whose "real" name was June Browne) who is also the person who, after the death of her husband, has supervised the preparation the museum! :-)

Purtroppo è sempre più difficile riuscire a fotografare in particolari luoghi: pensa che al Museo del Cairo ed al Mausoleo di Che Guevara a Santa Clara, le guide ci hanno fatto lasciare le macchine fotografiche dentro il pullman!

Unfortunately, it is increasingly difficult to photograph in particular places: think that the Cairo Museum and the Mausoleum of Che Guevara in Santa Clara, the guides made us leave the cameras inside the bus!:-(
