Ciao Giovanni, non credo si tratti di un non perfetto parallelismo.
A vederlo così il soggetto mi pare abbastanza parallelo.
Tra l'altro la grana che io noto la vedo solo su soggetto e posatoio e non sullo sfondo... che risutla essere più luminoso del soggetto.
Hai forse alzato le ombre per schiarire la farfalla? Se si potrebbe essere che alzandole (le ombre) hai aumentato il rumore che poi è stato accentuato usando la MDC.

Hello John, I do not think it is an imperfect parallelism.
To see him so the subject seems quite parallel.
Among other things, the grit that I see the only known roost on the subject and not the background ... that risutla be brighter than the subject.
Have you lifted the shadows to lighten the butterfly? If you might be that raising them (the shadows) have increased the noise which was then accentuated using the MDC.
