Progettato nel 1902 dall'architetto Romolo Squadrelli. Questo colosso di sette piani era provvisto di ascensori, luce elettrica, acqua potabile e telefono in tutte le 250 stanze, i cui arredi risultavano così sfarzosi da destare stupore e meraviglia anche tra gli aristocratici clienti. Oggi purtroppo in disuso e in attesa di investitori che forse non arriveranno mai.
