In realtà il set per questa foto è semplicissimo ;-)

: luci spente, due torce (non a luce fredda/led) delle quali una puntata sul retro del fiore e l'altra ad illuminarne dall'alto la parte sommitale, due cartoncini bianchi a lato del soggetto per una migliore propagazione della luce, MAF manuale, treppiede, scatto remoto ed un po' di pazienza.

In fact the set for this pictures is amazingly simple ;-): lights off, two torches (not cold light / led) of which a wager on the back of the flower and the other to illuminate from the top part of two white cards on the side of the subject for better propagation of light, MAF manual, tripod, remote shutter release and a little 'patience.
