Ciao cara Cristina,
www.phototutorial.net/2010/12/30/come-fotografare-il-movimento-dellacq
Salutoni e buon fine settimana!
Michela

Hello dear Cristina,
I think you used the exposure time loooong excessive and also in consideration of the fact that the water in the canals of Venice is almost motionless.
If it is worthwhile from an eye here ;-)
[URL =] www.phototutorial.net/2010/12/30/come-fotografare-il-movimento-dellacq
There is also a slight slope to be corrected to the left .... I am sure, however, that the only known me:-D
In short, a photo try again ;-)
Salutoni and good weekend!
Michela

Thank you so much for the passage and for giving me your opinion and Michela Giani!

Michael, I'm afraid you're right: I thought I had to use a very long time just because of the water canals is pretty firm, but ... in my head for the water I had in mind an effect impalpable and silky instead I settled for reduce the gondolas in invisible shadows: fconfuso :: - (
Thank you so much for the link: with the long time I'm through trial and error empirical but I realized that maybe it is not the best approach:-D ;-)

Immagine molto suggestiva di un soggetto intramontabile. :-P

Ciao Ciao Salvo

Very striking image of a timeless subject. :-P
Shame about the sky, I think that part is due to the long exposure.
unfortunately, also known a little loss of sharpness, I think, caused by the phenomenon of diffraction at an aperture having taken very closed

see from the positive aspect ... it will be one more opportunity to return to the beautiful and romantic Venice ;-)

Hello Hello Salvo

On exposure time quoto Mrs. Checchetto, in my opinion, the eye must get under the bridge and get lost in the bottom of the channel, try to do it again with the square cut from the base of the buildings up to the top of the bridge crossing the milky sky and anonymous. then ........ tell me. ;-)

For the sky I tried to do so:

new copied layer, (I think) edit-method-color lab, then always there in the drop down select "apply image". You open a window where you will need to select the color mode between "a" "b" and "lab" (there is also "brightness" but you do not recommend it). Choose the one that enhances more the sky and then hide the layer with a black mask and do appear on the original layer below the sky. Sometimes this procedure works wonders!

(Remember to put everything finished as a method "color rgb") ;)

:-P;-)Sorriso
Complimenti Cristina x la realizzazione! ;-)
Buona luce! Sorriso
By Fabio

Very nice also this photo, I really like the effect you've got water and I do not mind the dark sky that contrasts the particular channel, and by reflecting on the water almost seem that there is a veil of silk! :-P ;-) :-)
Congratulations Cristina x realization! ;-)
Good light! :-)

Paul, Michele and Fabio, first of all thank you for the valuable advice and for the time you have spent on this shot, you were all very kind :-)

Since my skills in terms of photo editing are really bad I intend to do the test I suggested Michael calmly (I need time, I admit to never having used layers except for your signature! :-| Thanks a lot for having written all the steps you have to follow ;-)).
The cut of Paul instead I tried it once and it works! Wow! Sorry a bit 'losing streaks of gondolas but probably makes the shot more interesting.

ciauzz Mario

the slope I had noticed too, but maybe it's a distortion rather than a slope if not a degree or two ... the next bridge (P. della Canonica) is tilted correctly for the rest of .... (technical shooting) you have said it all, I do not just have to compliment you for the shot! Criss good!

Grazie del passaggio, a presto!

But you've monopolized the bridge?!?
Not really, it was just a glimmer of hope I got stuck with the stand but I left the field after 3-4 shots ... too many people wow wow!
