hello mum!
well, 'the first thing that you can say is that the post is really well done .... I like the soft soft glow, the merger of the shots came very well .. I zoomed in at 60% and you do not see major flaws!
even the shadow areas are well sottilineate just like me!

The composition is well balanced, although the first floor very intrusive lines are interesting and the sky so full balance everything well.
I'm not a lover of these pdr, because they tend to crush all planes, but its kind will come good.

I remain a fan of your previous photos that I find much more 'fascinating!

hello!

well, the photo in the direction most difficult climbing to Nuvolau, where the ridge is opposed to the view, where the shelter itself is an obstacle to be circumvented for the three giants, pelmo antelao and the owl. The photos that you do not sunset to sunrise.
Bravo. because by shooting them in the opposite direction, towards the arsenic and Averau and the view is from where. The PP is fantastic, maybe explain to me how do you make it so good part of the rays coming down. The only fact is that you could go a little 'more the crest and start the line from the bottom right.

and while you indugiavi bellissimii in these shots, I was winning my race only to those who arrive first at the top of to photograph a rare sparrow:-D:-D:-D to the next:-P

Gia 'only to the first floor this photo deserves, the rest makes perfect.
Kudos as always to the story that accompanies it.
I 'since we are not even that far away, who knows' if one day we will be able to find an outlet for photographic
All the best, Stephen

Well guys say, I'm really glad you're paused a moment to express your opinion about this photo, I thank everyone for the compliments .. siceri you have expressed to the criticism received (again :-() of course I can not feel bound by the usual papyrus write:-D

@ Massimobonini
It seems to me there is a halo on the right where there is' the rock outcrop (I think because if I see it could very well be something else).
In fact, what you see are the smoke signals Gianmarco to signal me that he was doing the right way:-D:-D:-D (but that pain in the ass that you have become! frequent bad company in my opinion, do not you see, perhaps with some hope Lucotti!:-D
Seriously, however, perhaps a residual halo is because I had to recover the che really had left in the fusion of the two shots :-|

@ Max
I seem to recall your comment to my photo blue on the mountain Pizzoccolo time, even there you complained of the tufts of grass that you obscured the vista.credo this photo as I thought it's all focused on the forms of snow and on top of that is approaching, was definitely not my intention to look over and I also believe that walking in the mountains does not necessarily have to look far to enjoy its beauty ;-)

In this regard I believe in perfect harmony with the comment @ prism
The refuge that is peeking shyly showing us the path that lies ahead, but without imposing his presence I feel in tune with the whole. To view the other is normal for almost all shelters when you come from the bottom.

@ Catherine
Keep in the sun in this image would probably have led to overly compress the tones, so good for me.

and thank goodness at least once maybe we've got you .. I'm more and more convinced that to me the star of the sun begins to bore me, I much prefer a bigger sun, blurred, but not burned, I followed your advice on how to recover it post, of course I have to refine the technique but calmly sooner or later arrival, a bit like the summit of Nuvolau ;-)

@ Mauro (pedalopoco) to you I'll leave you for last because I have yet to find the right way to insult you:-D:-D:-D

@ Hermann
Also, the presence of hidden refuge, which normally would not make me mad, the trovo justified by the title (and the idea behind it) that you wanted to give this photo ;-)

just what is the meaning of the picture, the approach, some are honest it was not the first instinct that led me to take, I was more attracted by the lines on the snow, but from the moment I chose to frame as I instantly realized the 'intent to bring the eye to the shelter.

@ Gianluca
the merger of the shots came very well .. I zoomed in at 60% and you do not see major flaws!

I'm glad only that if when are you going to show me fucking ste masks luminosità.riusciremo to enlarge it to 100% ;-) for the glow lately I use it practically forever, but really very light, only to soften the shadowsand cancel some classic multi-exposure HDR effect dellle

@ Gianmarco
The only fact is that you could go a little 'over the ridge and run the line from the bottom right.

I guess I meant left, I thought of that too, but I lost the three-dimensional effect of depth or as you prefer the 14mm focal length, I was interested in the lines on the snow and they were only on the ridge to the right, left Why were there past you and you've messed everything up:-D, raise the shot was not possible because I was going to take too much sky, are however agree with you that if you started from the corner to the left would have been even better.
maybe explain to me how do you make it so good part of the rays that go down
.
throwthe wreck of a Canon that you find in your hands and you buy a Nikon with the 14/24 and the backlight you eat them! ;-):-D:-D:-D

@ Stephen
I 'since we are not even that far away, who knows' if one day we will be able to find an outlet for photographic

they always say but then jump out to organize a lot of dots :-( we will try, Just do not carry with us even though Max:-D:-D:-D

Thank you very much everyone, I'm very happy

I do not venture to comment technically photos documenting your adventure: other talented photographers have done with more expertise. I'm just saying that I have followed with interest your photo story, admiring the beautiful images with pleasure. Compliments.

Clara Thanks for your input, I'm glad you have followed all our "adventure", unfortunately is over, but are places and situations that I was so impressed that I hope in the future they can be revived

Given the beautiful light on the left
I would have preferred a direct vertical shot to left
By doing so you would have completely eliminated the refuge that much out of place here.
Perhaps the vertical cut it you can still apply to this horizontal framing
PS I'd better run the burn under the sun click

Greetings

@ Integra
Maybe the vertical cut it you can still apply to this horizontal framing

There is no need to crop this, when I find a nice person (at least for me) I always shot horizontally, vertically, left, right piked double pike and triple somersault on the contrary:-D:-D:-D
I also have a vertical version and a 14 to 24 I think, but in the end I chose this because I liked the most, I wanted a broader vision that would give me breath to the line of the vertical framing cresta.cosa that I gave. ;-)

In doing so you would have completely eliminated the refuge that much out of place here

matter of point of view, if you read my captions, or the answers that I gave to you and others(I understand that they are rather boring:-D) you will understand that my purpose was just to involve the viewer in my ascent, but take note, however, that with you is not successful in :-|

I'd better run the burn under the sun click

I try constantly to improve myself in this, but I am aware that I still have much to learn, for example, you would have any suggestions, keeping in mind that the sun was partially ofuscato by thin clouds so even in F22 (Click on a whim that I tried to do) the star was not classical, and also for my personal taste I'm just trying to get large and fuzzy?
I thank you anyway for your visit and thank you further if you want to respond to my request

a greeting, simone

Hello Simon. compliments here! My favorite is above, but here the PP is very well made. The designs on the snow (you know like it soooo) are very interesting and you have done well to address them; the refuge peeping is consistent with the story and the message of the photo (but would lose some 'value if it were extrapolated from the story); the sun, also saw your intentions, so we're good view of the haze, perhaps it would have been unnatural to star.
So all in all very nice, but the former is my favorite!
PS: only three pictures in a week wandering through the mountains?? Come on, I really like watching your adventures! :-D

Beautiful light and shadow in the foreground! And the sun's rays that filter blurring the distant mountains!
Soft colors, great depth!
Congratulations and a greeting, Mauritius
