my compliments, these butterflies are active, and restart and 'very difficult, I personally do not even try there, if not, as you rightly said, at dawn when the butterfly and' still wet with dew, and you leave as a model to photograph, so as to create around her a true photographic set, studying the background and roost.
A lively salutone Teresa:-D:-D

Ciao Michela... qual buon ventoEeeek!!!;-)?
Un saluto Sorriso buon WE, ciao, G.Piero

Hello Michela ... what good ventowow! ;-)?
Perhaps the Southeast that blows from the Adriatic:-D ;-) toward the Po, who knows, if no one knows where it comes from, nor where it goes? :-D ;-).
--- Notice the "romance" Beautiful photo, like all others in this beautiful set.
During my absence, I noticed with great pleasure that the "student" you're almost become a teacher; I'll tell you dispassionately. You have some beautiful pictures, objectively, I sincerely compliment: Brava, but then the "base" was already there from the very first picture you've posted, the one with the agave in the foreground, if I'm not mistaken ;-) - So good, very good, so you do ;-). Greetings :-) good WE, hello, G.Piero

Overall the immagne not convince me for these reasons:
-Your not looking for parallelism
-Noticeable blur. If the butterfly can seem to stop, it is said that it is the roost that is affected by air movement feasible even in a closed
-Iris closed too. F.16 could be a diaphragm that with that sensor enhances the diffraction. If I remember correctly the tamron should hold F.13
-Bans if not changed recently, that location is not allowed to use a tripod.
Tips: The macro is also made compromises, 400-500 iso aps-c are acceptable, no borderline shutter speeds as well as the sensor-to-subject misalignments. With the parallelism would have also been able to open the aperture more ;-). I am sure that these comments will be articulated byyou collected to improve the next ... maybe in Bordon where you can use a tripod but not the flash :-)
hello and good light with little wind, laurel

Ciao caro Lauro!
F/18
www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=819592&l=it
e F/20 (...qui la luce non è al top....)
www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=823238&l=it
Michela

Hello dear Lauro!
First of all, know that your visits to my photos and your critical comments are always welcome:-P
I very much agree on the speech of parallelism BUT ..... in a shooting situation like this the pursuit of parallelism is almost impassable.
To achieve this, in fact, the shot must be prepared and studied that thing ... with a butterfly on the move you can not really do.
This was the most difficult I have encountered together with the fact that the light was bad.
The shots you see were made instantly in the few moments in which the butterflies in full swing, they stopped.
Misalignment sensor-subject is for sure.
in that location is not allowed to use the treppiede
... actually the Butterfly Arc is not allowed as well as the use of flash but even that tripod, having the intention to make the most possible result from my visit to the butterfly house, I had previously contacted the director of the facility requesting a derogation kind ... that gave me ;-)
F.16 could be that sensor with a diaphragm that enhances the diffraction. If I remember correctly the tamron should hold F.13

No, it is not so, the great Tammy holds a well F/18 - F/20 without any diffraction.
I do not usually closed so much but here you can see two recent shots
F/18
[URL =] www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=819592&l=it
and F/20 (the light here ...not at the top ....)
[URL =] www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=823238&l=it
So my Tammy are soddisfatissima and is giving me a lot of satisfaction! :-P
Thank you very much and hope to provide macro Lauro in these subjects ..... but best taken in kind, then yes, having the ability to use the right precautions you mentioned to take the best of these beautiful subjects.
I recognize all of these shots the limits but I still liked them when I consider the "where and how" I've made.
Best wishes and, I repeat, all your future visits and criticism is always welcome! :-P
