The photo is beautiful, the subject is not so easy to catch, so congratulations!
Only two comments / suggestions (both personal, eh ...):
- I think the maf is on the wing, not the eye, or maybe there is a shake-haired, because the eye does not seem crystal clear. I, for example, when I can, in birds and wildlife in general, almost always use times of around 1/2000, maybe 800 was a bit 'too slow ... those birds there are never still!;
- The composition is nice, because it stopped on a twig spectacular: for this I would have decentralized the subject a little to the right, pulling even more so that sprig with its beautiful flowers.
However, it is clear, the photo in my opinion it was not easy, and as heI really like the rendering! always easy to give advice ... then ... ;)

BH La foto é bella, il soggetto non é così facile da catturare, quindi complimenti!
Solo due osservazioni/suggerimenti (entrambi personali, eh...):
- la maf credo sia sull'ala, non sull'occhio, o forse c'é un pelo di micromosso, perché l'occhio non mi pare nitidissimo. Io ad esempio, quando riesco, in avifauna e animali selvatici in generale, uso quasi sempre tempi nell'intorno di 1/2000, forse 800 era un po' troppo lento... quegli uccellini lì non stanno mai fermi!;
- la composizione é bella, anche perché si è fermato su un rametto spettacolare: per questo io avrei decentrato un poco il soggetto a destra, ritraendo ancor di più quel rametto coi suoi bei fiori.
Comunque, sia chiaro, la foto a mio avviso non era semplicissima, e come l'hai resa mi piace molto! É sempre facile dare consigli... poi... ;)
