E in Km? E' veramente roba per pochi? Bellissimo il mare di nuvole!! E anche l'inquadratura!;-)

Sooner or later, even I (who are one more from the coast:-D) I've got to get to a snow-capped peak to enjoy a view like this. How much time it takes to climb to the top? And in kilometers? It 's really stuff for a few? Beautiful sea of ??clouds! And the shot! ;-)

Ciao LucaSorriso
Ciao.. e buone camminate!Sorriso
Ermanno

Hello Luke :-)
if you want to start with something quiet, with virtually no difficulty (if not a little care before the top ;-)), I recommend the Monte San Primo .. is a high mountain round about 1600 meters and located right in the center of the so-called "Larian Triangle" and then with very nice views on the Lake (particularly towards Bellagio and the northern part of the lake .. but not only) and on the main mountains of Alps Lombard! Practically there is a trail that reaches almost to the top and it is very nice to do with snowshoes after a snowfall since the entire route takes place in a very open and panoramic .. ;-)
More difficult is to find conditions like those in the photo above .. there it also takes a bit of luck! :-D
However, the net has all the informationon the various paths .. typically are given the slope and the travel time (indicative) .. almost never the length! ;-)
Hello .. and good walks! :-)

I find it fantastic for the sea of ??clouds and the sight of the mountains, a real gem then the human presence and the detachment red color of the refuge. Hello Raphael. :-)

complimenti,bella foto
ciao,simone

That red hut that comes off so powerfully on the rest of the picture is dominated by white snow and fog in the valley, makes you feel even higher

congratulations, beautiful photo

Grazie Simone e Bepi;-)
Ciao
Ermanno

Thanks Simon and Bepi ;-)
x Simon, it was a beautiful day started in the gray absolute but as they said the Pooh (at least I think ..:-D) ".. the sky is blue above the clouds":-D
The presence dell'Azzoni just below the summit of the jagged granite helps make the climb more interesting .. and not only from a photographic point of view! :-D .. if I remember correctly that day polenta and stew! :-D:-D
