A volte, anzi spesso, mi sento più un pittore piuttosto che un fotografo ( anche se in realtà per vivere faccio il giardiniere). Quando sono in giro per colline capita di trovare dei soggetti che mi piacciono, ma o la luce non va bene o di per sé l'inquadratura mi risulta troppo banale. Ecco il perché alcuni dei miei scatti più riusciti, in termini di paesaggio, sono realizzati con l' 80-200mm. Qui sei stata pittrice con uno sguardo davvero attento a non scendere nel banale. Scattare a 135mm o comunque con queste focali a me dà l'impressione di far parte di quello che rappresento , facendomi sentire davvero dentro la scena e non lontano da essa, con la visione dall'alto che può dare un 18 oppure un 24mm. Una foto stupenda, una visione diversa, un paesaggio prima sentito dentro e poi immortalato. Grande davvero.
Sometimes, indeed often, I feel more like a painter than a photographer (although in reality I live for the gardener.) When I'm around hills happen to find the subjects that I like, but either the light is not good in itself or the shot is too trivial to me. That's why some of my shots the most successful in terms of landscape, are made with 's 80-200mm. Here you were a painter with a look very careful not to fall into banality. Take a 135mm or with these focal lengths gives me the impression of being part of what I represent, making me feel really involved in the scene and not away from it, with the view from above that can give you a 18 or a 24mm.
