Thanks Nikcola and David!
in practice, I did some selective adjustments in LR eyes of contrast, and exposure of the background, then in PS I worked the skin and gave contrast to the entire image (for background) and face. Eyes brightened and added a heavy vignette to exclude that damn white pillow (is annoying me too ..) and I finally got a warmed to the scene and gave sharpening.
For me I'm not used to a well articulated PP proceedings lasted an hour and a half, but I think that over time you are able to up the tempo!

Very good, the result is remarkable. The warm light and shadows well-balanced picture that really give the colors and chiaroscuro reminiscent of the paintings of Caravaggio.
Compliments.

Very nice, I would have preferred that it was dark behind the left shoulder

Of the three pictures that you tagged in CircoloFotografico, this is definitely what I like the most. In addition to the light background, already noted by others, I would like to make note of the artifacts / posterizzazioni that you have created on the face of the girl, in particular on his right cheek, chin and around the mouth. I'm kind of patchy darker poorly distributed (I've been waiting to comment on it before the office PC, because I wanted to see it even on the monitor at home, but the effect is always the same).
For the rest, you've captured a magnificent light and the pose is also very beautiful and interesting.
Bravo.
Barbara

Thanks Barbara!
I'm glad that you've hit!
I've made note of the details that honestly I did not read, I do not know if they are present in the original version of the shot (hence my errors :-|) or whether they are compression artifacts .. I will check as soon as possible to the original, and I'll let you know! ;-)
Thanks for the ride and comment!

Very Beautiful compliments.
The only thing on my mind behind the white cloth, slightly off the attention from the subject illuminated in an exemplary manner ;)

Thanks Blindfox, next time I will consider much more attention to the influence of the elements in the shot! ;-)

The lamp is the MELODI large, diameter 38 cm.
I darkened the outside with a spray black, while the inside I covered with aluminum foil and glue (Art Attack teaches!)!
I would say that the effect is remarkable! ;-)
With the appreciation! :-)
