Gelada Threat Display Sequence sent on 01 Novembre 2013 (11:06) by Steve Mackay. 27 comments, 8450 views.

con Canon EF 1.4x II, Specie: Theropithecus gelada

Here's a shot to go with my previous Gelada Baboon image, I created this composite of four images, to show the build up to the fourth/far right image. The "bleeding heart" is easily covered up by the hairy chest (especially when they walk) and that's what is happening in the middle two shots. Once again, I was a long way away from this guy and was not antagonising him in any way, he was also doing this threat display to his females and anything else that moved, I stayed for about 2 hours to get this sequence of shots with him actually looking at my camera. Thanks for looking and thanks for comments on my last pic, it's much appreciated, cheers!! :)
