Other than hail, a painter who moved here from his palette with skill has been able to choose the right colors to capture a beautiful subject.

you managed to make it enjoyable even the stain of pollutant!
beautiful and symbolic contrast between the leaves destroyed by hail and degradation evoked by wildfire and the absolute immaculate perfection of the flowers

Magic, the water lilies are often very classical to see, so here have made an added bonus!

Spectacular contrast between the perfection of the lilies just beginning and the devastation of the surrounding foliage.
"The calm after the storm."
Fascinating colors, saturated and nitidi..mawow! What is the reflection of iridescent blue on the right? a wildfire?

Juliet Cazzaro.
After a terrible night of rain, hail and wind in the pond was floating around, including a wildfire mineral come from somewhere. The leaves of the water lily were crushed by hail; were saved because the flowers are closed at night and sepals are very robust.
Thanks for this comment, Juliet.
