Ti consiglio di usare diaframmi più aperti, con una lente del genere non andrei oltre F5.6 , anche con lo scatto singolo meglio avere meno pdc ma maggior dettaglio sul punto a fuoco... Inoltre è necessario diffondere accuratamente la luce artificiale...
Consigli a parte, ho visto ingrandimenti molto peggiori del tuo perciò come inizio, e a mano libera, direi che va più che bene!
