I tuoi commenti Carlo sono sempre al limite dell'imbarazzo per me per quanto sono generosi.. Ma conosco la tua sensibilità e mi onoro della tua stima e della tua amicizia, quindi so che sono anche sinceri.
E' molto gratificante sentirsi dire di aver migliorato ancora con questo ritratto, e te ne sono profondamente grato, ma ti confesso che sarei disposto a rinunciare ad un po' di miglioramento nel ritratto per poter essere in grado di eseguire le foto che fai tu e con la stessa tua capacità artistica...

Ciao Andrea, ottima analisi la tua, che dimostra grande sensibilità ed attenzione non solo per la fotografia ma anche per pittura, una cosa che ci accomuna e che mi fa veramente piacere. Credo che la fotografia debba molto alla pittura e che ci sia molto da imparare da quest'ultima ...
Ma tornando a quanto hai scritto: è vero che Cezanne usava colori forti e vivi, ma a suo dire lo faceva proprio come unico vero mezzo per dipingere la luce, cosa altrimenti impossibile. Ecco, anche io (molto più modestamente), ritengo che l'unico mezzo per catturare la luce siano proprio i colori, ed è per questo che non amo il bianconero... Ma hai perfettamente ragione quando assimili le mie foto più hai fiamminghi.. sarà perchè io adoro la delicatezza dei loro colori e la loro incredibile capacità di giocare con le ombre.
