Certo la post-produzione ha fatto al sua parte, ma di base gli scatti buoni devono esserci sempre!

mi piace molto il paesaggio soprattutto l'acqua è spettacolare. Meno gradevole è l'unione con le stelle dove, come dice Alberto, lo stacco cielo/terra è troppo esagerato e l'estinzione all'orizzonte è praticamente assente. Inoltre, il cielo è un po' troppo blu e le stelle non hanno colore. Quest'ultima però potrebbe essere una tua scelta personale, dato che l'effetto complessivo di "notturno blu" è molto gradevole.

I really like the landscape above the water is spectacular. Less pleasing is the union with the stars where, as he says Alberto, the detachment heaven / earth is too exaggerated and the extinction horizon is virtually absent. In addition, the sky is a bit 'too blue and the stars have no color. The latter, however, could be your own personal choice, given that the overall effect of "blue night" is very pleasant.

Davide condivido tutto ciò che segnali, effettivamente l'unione dei due scatti, seguito e non, ha comportato alcune "anomalie", per il colore delle stelle invece non so come mai, ma spesso la 5d3 non li mostra così come fa la cara vecchia 20da, forse qualche processo di riduzione del disturbo della macchina..... Il blu accentuato invece, come hai intuito, è una scelta voluta, per dare un'atmosfera un po' "Avatar"!

David, I agree with everything that signals, effectively merging the two shots, followed or not, has resulted in some "anomalies", the color of the stars rather not know why, but often the 5D3 does not show them as does the dear old 20in, maybe some noise reduction process of the machine ..... Per quanto riguarda i colori delle stelle forse le hai tirate un po' troppo in post-produzione bruciandole. Te lo dico perché era un problema che avevo anche io in passato (risolto grazie al buon Comolli). L'idea è quella di evitare ad ogni modo la saturazione delle stelle quando si "tira" l'istogramma, magari separando stelle da paesaggio, fondo cielo ed altri oggetti nebulari. Se poi non rimangono saturate allora è possibile tirare fuori i colori. Anche la riduzione dei dischi stellari spesso può aiutare ( www.astrotrezzi.it/?p=3328 ).
Scusa se mi sono dilungato ma le mie foto astronomiche sono migliorate molto da quando ho dato colore alle stelle.

As for the colors of the stars maybe you pull a little 'too much in post-production by burning. I'll tell you why it was a problem that I also had in the past (solved thanks to the good Comolli). The idea is to avoid in any case the saturation of the stars when it "pulls" the histogram, perhaps separating stars from landscape, sky background and other nebular. If not then remain saturated then it is possible to pull out the colors. The reduction of the stellar disks can often help (http://www.astrotrezzi.it/?p=3328).
Sorry if I have dwelt but my astronomical photos have improved a lot since I have given color to the stars.
