In primis mi viene da dire: molto bella! Perchè? Hai scelto un ottimo punto di ripresa, la luce è ben bilanciata, i colori sono giusti e la PP altrettanto curata ma non invasiva ne protagonista, cosa che in questo genere di foto spesso vedo.
Tecnicamente non posso che apprezzare la MAF perfetta, tanto da permettere la lettura dei numeri sull'anello alla zampa del Cavaliere.

Come detto nell'altro commento, il genere avifauna non è certamente un genere che bazzico granchè.
Mi piace molto il punto di ripresa, lo sfondo, la maf è perfetta, il ritratto del cavaliere è ben ambientato, molto nitido e ben definito, solo la composizione la riaggiusterei un po' come già suggerito da Massimo Menzaghi, così come un po' i toni troppo freddi sulle piume del cavaliere.
Non sono in grado di dirti molto altro, se non che ammiro la forza di volontà e la passione che spinge te e tutti gli appassionati di avifauna e caccia fotografica, nonchè macro di insetti, a sottoporvi a levatacce e faticacce che io non farei mai!
