Memories of memory (Il Grande Cretto) sent on 16 Maggio 2026 (8:52) by Paogar. 64 comments, 787 views.

at 51mm, 1/320 f/11.0, ISO 100, hand held.

A great image in BN, unusual for you but you explained why,
which recalls that tragic event of 1968.
Congratulations Paolo, hello!
Sergio ;-) :-)

Beautiful and meaningful image and complete caption.
Thank you Paul for sharing.
I still remember the days following the earthquake and how much we had all been 'affected' by the tragedy.

Ciao Mario

A very intense B/W to tell a dramatic moment in our history and to enhance Burri's masterpiece.

A great testimony so tragic that it extinguishes the colors in us. Yet reality has colors even when they seem out of tune with the seriousness of the situation, but you know it very well. Great congratulations.

The b/w is certainly effective for a work that makes an impression.
The authors have perfectly given the idea of this tragic event.
Your proposal in memory of this tragic event is beautiful.

Bye gios ;-)
