Villa Aragona Cutò - Bagheria - Fu costruita nella prima metà del 700 per volere del principe Luigi Naselli di Aragona. Il palazzo, costituito da un grande complesso quadrilatero è sormontato da una terrazza coperta, dalla quale il principe soleva ammirare, insieme agli amici della nobiltà palermitana, i fuochi d'artificio che venivano preparati nel golfo della Conca d'oro in occasione del "Festino" di Santa Rosalia a Palermo. Dal !908 al 1923 la villa, per complesse vicende patrimoniali, appartenne a Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa, il famoso scrittore autore de "Il Gattopardo"; oggi è sede della Biblioteca comunale F. Scaduto.

Interessante la didascalia, che ovviamente non conoscevo ma non so per quale processo mentale appena l'ho aperta a tutto schermo l'ho subito associata al "Gattopardo". Forse qualche attinenza con la Villa-location del film dei primi '60 del regista Luchino Visconti ?
