Quasi tutti abbiamo avuto un attacco di panico nella vita. Il problema è quando sei in "stato di attacchi di panico" praticamente ti si presentano tutto il giorno, da bloccarti in casa. A me è successo nel lontano 2001 quando a Bologna facevo troppe cose in una giornata, è stato un incubo non volevo uscire di casa. Ricordo che una mia amica mi ha aiutato a salire in autobus da via della beverara a via zanardi un percorso che ha il passaggio a livello che chiudono spesso quindi a sperare che non fosse chiuso. Un viaggio di 10 minuti era già un' impresa in quello stato. Grazie alla psicoterapia in qualche mese sono tornata a vivere. La morale di questa orribile esperienza è un suggerimento in tre canzoni: Nothing Really Matters , Relax, take it easy ! e Ok Respira. In piu' c'è anche un libro che dice Spegni sto c***o di cervello, bisognerebbe mettere in atto anche quello :-) ma è molto difficile. Un abbraccione a tutti quelli che hanno vissuto questo incubo <3
